We are looking for MTs/Editors/Direct Uploaders for Medical and Business Transcription
Skill Required:

*Candidate should have good typing speed not less than 80 WPM.
* Demonstrate ability to work in all specialties.
* In-depth knowledge of The AAMT Book of Style.
* Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, disease processes, signs and symptoms, medications, and laboratory values.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and style, in order to provide consistent quality feedback.
* Understanding of security and compliance regulations in regard to HIPAA.
* Ability to understand diverse accents, dialects, and varying dictation styles.
* Proficient in referencing, researching, reporting, tracking, and monitoring.
* Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
* Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.

Nature of Work Rates per Line
MT with min target 600 Lines (2 blanks per document) 0.80 Rupee
Editor/QA with mim targe 1300 (98.5% Accuracy) 1.00 Rupee
Direct Uploader with mim target 1000 Lines (98.5% Accuracy) 1.25 Rupee
Additional incentives to Associate for processing MT + Lines:
MT : Greater than 20,000 and Less than 25,000 Lines 0.90 Rupee
Greater than 25,000 MT + Lines 1.00 Rupee
Editor: Greater than 39,000 and Less than 45,000 Lines 1.10 Rupee
Greater than 45,000 Edit + Lines 1.15 Rupee
Direct: Greater than 31,500 and Less than 36,500 Lines 1.30 Rupee
Greater than 36,500 Direct Upload + Lines 1.35 Rupee

*eTransMedix offers a competitive incentive based pay structure.Pay is production based, not hourly or salary. The more you type the more you earn. Transcription is paid by the line, including any lines produced with word expanders. Line counts are presented to the transcriptionist at the completion of each report. Likewise, line counts are completely transparent for auditing purposes. The pay cycle is monthly via direct deposit.
